Valve's goal and functioning: Technical sheet: the valve ATZ0056-0

The explosion-proof valve acts in case of bad funtioning in the ignition of the stove. The gas, that saturate the combustion-chamber might revela themselves






very dangerous, with a consequent explosion and glass' breaking.

To avoid this, a discharge-valve has been designed, in order to reduce the pressure, provoqued at the combustion's moment. (

To assembly the valve a hole is made, whose diameter is 76 m/m; this one will be the allocution and the gasket to the tight-seal. Furthermore other three holes $

are made: the diameters measure 5.5 m/m, have an interaxis of 98 m/m; these three holes have the same distance, equal to 120 degrees and besides they will

respect the concentricity with the hole of 76 m/m. The hole can be made in every part of the combustion chamber, excluding the bottom; then on insert the #$

valve's body in the external part of the combustion chamber and secured with screws (8). #$

1) check the intregity of the tighth seal &' ' $% &' '

2) check the integrity of the spring

2) check that therea aren't any pieces of pellet or something else between the thigt seal and the valve.
