Valve's goal and functioning: Technical sheet: the valve ATZ0054-0

The anti-explosion proof valve acts in case of bad functioning in the enlightening of the stove. In fact, the gas, which saturate the combuistion chamber, can






reveal themselves dangerous in some cases, and bring on consequences like explosion and glass' breaking.

To avoid this, a discharge-valve has been projected, in order to reduce the pressure provoked at the time of the combustion. (

To assembly the valve a hole is made, whose diameter is 76 m/m; this one will be both the allocution and the gasket of the tight-seal. Other four holes are made, &

and these have a diameter of 5.5 m/m, with an interaxis of 98 m/m; all the four holes have a distance equal to 90 degrees and they will respect the concentricity

with the hole of 76 m/m. The hole can be made in every part of the combustion chamber, excluding the bottom; after having done it, the valve's body (1) will be +&%

Upkeep's data:

In case of a periodic cleaning, before enlightening the stove, it's advisable to check thta there aren't aby piecese of pellet or something else between the valve #$ % &' #$

More complicate is the upkeep after an explosion. In this case, three things have to be done:

1) check the integrity of the tight-seal

2) check the integrity of the spring ) * + &++

3) check that between the valve and thetight-seal there aren't any pieces of pellet or something else.
